Mrs P. was rather nice to me a while back. More specifically, she wanted my graphics card, so she bought me a new one, with a SSD to go with it, using the funds from selling her old car.

Earlier today, the SSD went in (the RTX2060 went in a couple of days ago) and, as the title says, I held my nose and hit enter on the install button for Windows 10. It’ll be a few days of reinstalling other things now before I get back to doing anything really practical, but it’s fun turning settings up to “ULTRA” on stuff. 😉

Not sure how much difference it’ll make to my development aspirations, but my old GTX960 has made a huge difference to the performance of Mrs. P’s PC so it’s a win/win so far.
